Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data AdsAILab processes, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

Who is responsible
AdsAILab is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy matter, including requests to exercise your rights, contact hello@adsailab.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data we collect
When you submit an audit, early access or contact request we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, website, country, industry, monthly advertising spend range, platforms currently used and your message. We also store the submission timestamp. With your consent, analytics and advertising tools may collect technical data such as approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring campaign.
Why we process it, and on what basis
To prepare and deliver the requested report, respond to your enquiry and contact you about the services you asked about — legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you initiated. To send marketing emails — legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the optional marketing box. To run analytics and advertising measurement — legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie banner. To keep records and comply with accounting or legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
Automated report generation
When you request a free opportunity report, our system fetches publicly available pages of the website you submit and sends that public page content, together with the business details you entered, to a third-party AI model provider acting as our processor in order to generate your report. We do not send special-category data. The report is reviewed by a human before we act on it, and no decision with legal or similarly significant effect on you is made solely by automated means.
We send your report and our internal lead notification through a transactional email provider acting as our processor. Marketing emails are only sent if you gave marketing consent, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
No optional cookie or measurement tag loads before you opt in. Google Consent Mode defaults to denied for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation. If you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement may set first-party cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use the following categories of processors under contractual data protection terms: cloud hosting and database infrastructure; an AI model provider used for report generation; a transactional email provider; and, with your consent only, Google for analytics and advertising measurement. Some processors may process data outside the EEA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry and report data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we have a legal obligation to keep it longer. Consent records are kept as evidence of consent. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
Security
Data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and reachable only through authenticated, row-level-restricted database access. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver our service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any right, email hello@adsailab.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where required, ask for your consent again.
