Data we collect

When you submit an audit or early access request we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, website, country, industry, monthly advertising spend range, platforms currently used and your message. We also store the submission timestamp.

Why we process it

We process this data to prepare and deliver the requested audit, to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about the services you asked about. The legal basis is performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics events are only recorded after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics events are collected. See the cookie policy for detail.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we have a legal obligation to keep it longer.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is stored with infrastructure providers acting as processors on our behalf, under contractual data protection terms.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact privacy@adsailab.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
